A Master of Djinn 3.5 stars rounding up

An enjoyable fun read, that I liked more than I expected to.

Telling the story of Fatma, an agent of the Ministry of Alchemy, her lover Siti (who was my favorite character), her new partner at the Ministry, Hamed and a host of other side characters that enrich the story.

Djinns have come to stay in Cairo, the world had changed in the blink of an eye. A person, mad with power, looks to take over-not just Cairo, but the world, with the power of the Djinn. Fatma's job is stop it.

I wish I had known to read the short story before this one, it would saved a lot of questions for me. Still enjoyable for what it was-just plain fun.
