I know the official story how Google got its (second) name is different, but had someone else a feeling when reading the name "Googleplex Starthinker" that someone may have gotten their actual inspiration for the name Google from Hitchhikers?

For me I have decided I will believe this book is the actual origin of the name... 😜

The IT company I work for incorporated the number 42 into its name, as a direct homage, but apparently clients have mistaken this for a typo of 24 (in the sense of 24 hour service).

It's funny that both Douglas Adams and Google both spelled it wrong because the actual numbers are Googol and Googolplex.
