Independent Challenges are fun! Feel free to start your own thread here for your 2025 Independent Challenge.

Each year you devise your own list of books, any genre, any number of pages, etc.

There is only one tiny rule, all books must be read in 2025. Not too hard.

Have fun, spy on other friends challenges, get new ideas.

I will work on mine later. This list will be easier than the 12+4. I am not sure what to do. I just know I have to add at least 2 series books for at least 3 series. *sigh*

I think that's it, and then have standalones as alternates. Decisions, decisions... 🤔

I think mine will be as simple. Start a Series, Work on a Series and Non-Series and then just organize by genres or something....

Exactly! Just so I don't get overwhelmed and irritated. Ugh

You can only create 3 new topics per day I believe. As many comments as you want, but only 3 topics.

I remember you having this issue last year, Patty. I think it's just you trying to do them all at once.

I had the same problem.

Not the individual list; only the 12+4.

No problem.

Chris James | 1 comments Hi.

My strategy for 2024 worked much better than my strategy for 2023 , so I'm going to stick with that: Reading the 11 my in-person book club selects and then just reading additional books as they come my way. I'll up my goal from 35 books to 40, though.

Good luck to everyone. I'm looking forward to seeing your challenges and your progress, too.

Hey Chris! That sounds like a doable goal. Book clubs really help move a book along.

Good luck and happy reading. 📚📚
