For those of you who would like a larger challenge, there are six additional badges consisting of 25 tasks each. Each badge is based on the Alphabet and focuses on a different aspect.

You may chose whichever list you want to do for additional badges - one list per badge.

Author list options. You may do a combined male/female list instead of two separate lists by gender. That will reduce your challenge to 6 badges instead of 7. If you decide to do a combined list, you are married to that decision once you start the list. I may make an exception if you started and had only read books from one gender. But, if you've read 5 male authors and 5 female authors you may only switch if you discard the books read by one gender. You may not punt them into two separate lists because that would break the rule where you have to complete one badge before reading tasks from another badge. I'd have to look at it on an individual basis.

List One - Themes. You will have already completed this list as Badge 1.

All following lists are 25 tasks. All of them omit the letter X.

List Two - Titles. Read books alphabetically by Title. Articles such as a, an, the, etc will be ignored. A Night to Remember may be read as N, but not as A. The Bat may be read as B, but not as T.

List Three - Male Authors -first or last name counts. Read books alphabetically by Male Authors.

List Four - Female Authors - first of last name counts. Read books alphabetically by Female Authors.

Option - You may combine List Three & Four into one list and read books by male and female authors. If you chose this option, there is no going back and splitting them into male/female lists.
