Our Week-long Read-A-Thon will take place Thursday, 12/19/24, through Thursday, 12/26/24, .


• We start at 6 pm, Thursday, the 19th and end at 11:59 pm, Thursday, the 26th . :D

• There are 4 ways to earn extra points during our read-a-thon.

1. PAGES
The average pages read during a weekend read-a-thon are around 800+ pages.
• If you read over 800+ pages, you will receive 1 point.
• If you read over 900+ pages, you will receive 2 points.
• If you read over 1000+ pages, you will receive 3 points.
•If you read over 1200+ pages, you will receive 4 points
• If you read over 1500+ pages, you will receive 5 points.
• If you read over 2000 + pages, you will receive 6 points.

REMEMBER All Pages read count during this week.

For Example
• If you happen to read a Children book, 32 pages long. Those 32 pp. count :D
• Or you just read 15 of a 400 page book. Those 15 pages count :D
¤¤ Magazines, pamplets, newspapers, comic books, etc.... don't count.
• Graphic novels do count.
⭐ Give account of pages read each day.

2. BOOKS
The average books read during a weekend READ-A-THON are 3 to 5 books.
• So if you read 3+ books, you will receive 1 point.
• If you read 5+ books, you receive 2 points.
•If you read 8+ books, you receive 3 points.
•If you read 10+ books, you receive 4 points.
• only books 100+ pages count here.


3. TASKS
If you complete 3+ tasks (BP Do count, only if the orginial task has already been completed) during our read-a-thon, you will receive 2 point
• List Tasks # that are completed
• If you complete 6+ tasks, you will receive 2 more points.

4. PARTICIPATION
You will receive 2 points (Merry Christmas!) just by participating in this read-a-thon :D

This Read-a-thon was a little more challenging to find time for reading with all the preparation and Christmas activities leading up to Christmas day. I do much better when it runs from Christmas Eve to New Year's Eve. A much slower week for me. 😊
