Starting this. Just wanted something short to get out of the way before bed... Just as crazy as the first so far. Good LOL moments though.

Good to hear... this is in my plans for tomorrow night at work, I think...

Through Chapter 25--the world is just as crazy, but I'm enjoying the writing... there're a lot of lines and turns of phrase that make me smile. I'm kind of treating this like Terry Pratchett--many characters are caricatures, but the ride is amusing... (view spoiler)[the conversation between Adam and Victor about Arch-Nemeses was a cute riff on friends growing apart when a new person comes in their life...

Enjoying descriptions like "On the other side of London, a small quantity of tea that had, up until this moment, been inside Sean Anderson’s mouth arced attractively across his living room."

The "dual consciousness are people too" plotline seems to be at the forefront--and spread to religious politics... (hide spoiler)]

Finished. Amusing, light, didn't take it too seriously. Occasionally frustrating if I squinted too hard.

Started... primary focus of the book, so far, seems to be how suspicious Diablery is... I might even finish it before work tonight, depending on when I get up today... winding down for bed now, and paused with about 7hrs remaining...

read another 4hrs while writing mini-reviews in my other group that I use to write my official reviews later, in my current process...

How is the book 2/3 over already?...

Couple random murders, alot of suspicious Diablery... some random side POV shenanigans...

Feels like it's flying by and very little is happening...

I definitely skipped over mentioning all the law shenanigans with the drug dealer rituals and the church... and the Faith Healer...

LOL That's most of what I noticed... the Diablery stuff seems par for course.

Victor’s nemesis broke up with him, lol… I think we should kill other people, rofl… so much for the team up :D

I liked that part.
