When Josie takes a picture of Jane Doe and threatens to release it to the press, the woman has a strong reaction. Did your opinion of her change or remain unchanged? Was she faking or not?

It just confirmed my opinion. I knew she was faking it and doing a very good job of it until the point when Josie tried to take her picture.
