I think I'm gonna go with Shifter Rogue.
It doesn't say that we can't overlap.
Q: Does the whole team have to choose the same race & class?
A: Absolutely NOT! In my opinion, it is better to have a variety of skills. However, the strategy your team chooses is up to you. Have fun choosing your characters.
You will each make your own decisions on race & class. This is a good thing. Everyone will have their own skills. You may need a variety of skills because you never know what quest you will be sent on. It may be easy but it may not be. Your skills may be the answer. You decide the path you take in this game.
Per my daughter and her boyfriend, variety is good in D&D. They would not recommend EXACT duplicates. (Their knowledge is based on actual game play).

I can find things if I know what to find. This creativity piece is not my forte. :)

THE PLAN
Janine used her cellphoneto call Jackie. "When you get to the bank, be sure you've got your gloves so you don't leave any fingerprints."
"Right," said. Jackie. "And then I'll use the countdown timer on my watch to disable the vault with the plastic explosives.
Amanda joined the call. "Meanwhile, I'll distract the security guard with a large bouquet of flowers.
"And I'll disable the security alarm while the guard is trying to get rid of the huge bouquet," piped in Lisa.
Read your 4 books and I'll work them into this plan. I'm not entirely sure how this is supposed to work, so keep me posted, but if you find items and books, I can write a story. OR, if you want me to give you items I can just do that and then you can tell me the titles of stuff you've read and I can make a story out of it.

1. Werebear
2 Wereboar
3 Wererat
4 Weretiger
5 Werewolf (wolflike)
6 Werewolf (doglike)

Amanda-Martial Prowess and Nature Magic (Humans are humans lol)
Jackie-Scholarly, Can manipulate reality; superior night vision Janine-Martial Combat, Weapons, can fly, exceptionally small, can cast fairy flame
Okay, so Here's what I'm thinking from everything we've got:
If you plan a heist.
Step 1: Gather your heist materials
Needed: (I think we can just choose 4 to read for)
Program
Cell Phone
Watch
Rope
Gas
Gloves
Step 2: Security - security guards & alarms
Read a book with a security guard character (to distract him)-Janine
Read a book with the word alarm in the text (to disable it)-Janine
{Create your own additional tasks as needed to fit your plan}
Step 3: Execute your plan - tell me your plan (and then pick 4 words from here to read as books?)
Amanda slowly pushed the vine up the back wall until it pushed through a window they had left open while visiting a bank manager during regular hours. When Lisa asked for a glass of water, the dumb manager left leaving her the chance to download their data copier to the computer’s hard drive. Now all that’s needed is for the vine to take the shape of the USB drive so that they can retrieve the information. The program will self destruct by midnight, so as soon as the download is complete, Amanda wills the vine to disintegrate.
Jackie is the only one capable of reading the binary info they’ve received so it is sent directly to her cellphone. After reading what is needed to disable the alarm, she rushes over to relay the information to Lisa and they both give Janine the signal, a quick ping on her watch.
Janine is far out in the empty field nearby. Luckily it’s dry enough that her fairy flame quickly sets the small patch they’ve covered in gasoline a blaze. She quickly takes to the sky, pumping her tiny wings with all her might so that she doesn’t get caught in the smoke. Jackie quickly casts an illusion so that the guard believes the fire is much closer than it actually is. Unfortunately for him, she also makes it seem that the fire extinguisher nearby is missing, so he’s forced to flee to safety to call in the Fire Department.
Now, it’s Lisa’s time to shine. She quickly shifts into here were bear form and Amanda hops on her back. Jackie and Janine have donned their gloves and are able to pull the doors open just in time for them to run through. Once inside, Amanda conjures another vine to key in the alarm code and everything goes blissfully silent. Getting to the vault is tricky as a huge bear, but they manage, and Amanda uses the rope to tie the huge heavy bag of flour to Lisa’s back. Jackie and Janine signal a quick flashlight pulse that the guard is returning. Lisa digs deep into her bear’s awareness to put on a burst of speed. They race out the door, Lisa scoops up Jackie while Janine takes to the skies, and they all flee into the night.

I can cover programme then , not sure when though, as i pick new books ill bear the others in mind

I can take rope and probably any of the others.
I updated the spreadsheet and picked: Program, Fire, Gloves and Rope.
I thought Gas and Cell Phone would be harder to find.
For Step 2 I added:
Read a book with the word "vine" on the cover or in the text
*Amanda uses a vine twice, so we might want to make sure we have that covered
Not sure what else to add for step 2.
Then we have to pick 4 books titles of books we read to include in the story right?
I just read "Conundrum" that might be a good word to include. I've also got Sawyer if we wanted to give someone else (maybe the waiter) a name.

We can also add more to this list, they're just also used in the story so didn't want to over do it.
But if we don't mind reading it twice we can definitely have a lot of the same
