Do you have a higher goal this year than previous ones? 👀👀😍

Kudos on your progress, Alexandra! I'm waffling on 'Such a Fun Age'; but may end up reading it still.

I believe I do! I went over my goal this past year so wanted to challenge myself but i also listen to a lot of audiobooks now so it definitely helps with numbers lol

Thank you Alondra!! I don't have a lot of time to read anymore but definitely get it in when i can! Such a Fun Age was an interesting one!!!

That sounds interesting."
It was! He had a very sad life which kinda makes his stories being so dark make sense

Congratulations with all of your progress, Alexandra!! Woo-Hoo!
I read the Divine Comedy a while ago, and yes, quite confusing. I tried The Dante Club, which is a little better at explaining things; all while they solve a mystery.

Thank you so much Alondra!! I am soooo behind on my list but it will probably even out towards the end of the year (I hope 😂)
It is confusing but I did bump it up one more star to 4 after chatting with my friend and buddy read partner about it. I definitely want to read the next books in the series but it will probably be a while!
So do i need to read the Purgatory and Paradise ones before The Dante Club book?? It sounds so interesting but don't want to run into spoilers about those two books.

I have this one on my July book club list. Glad it hear good things about it. I'm always a bit apprehensive when a book's won so many awards.

Sorry for late response, i'm outside. LOL
I don't think you have to read both. The Dante Club has a good mystery in it, which revolves around the Divine Comedy. I think it will help if you read it prior. Its been years though.

No worries!! Thank you!! Will definitely give it a try sometime!

It looks like this study just came out . . . I will have to take a look at it. I'm not familiar with Colleen Searcy, but I see that Jen Wilkin did the forward for the book and I just love her.

I do too!! This was a really great study!! A bit different format than I am used to so it took me a bit to get used to it but I ended up loving it!
