ใฐ๏ธ I decided to make Mahalia's Collard Greens recipe. I've had collards in the past and didn't love them. Halia's recipe was just delicious. I think it's because she also included ham hock and plenty of bacon in her recipe. I definitely recommend this recipe if you are ever planning to make collard greens (and most people aren't).
