A Refiner’s Fire question

I am trying to use Goodreads (app/web) to track books I've read and would like to read. I find that often for a given book there are multiple entries, presumably even with different IBAN numbers For example,

Is there a good way to ensure I only have 1 of these in my list of read/want to read books ?
