Early Life
Rose Val was born on September 28th, and her background is shrouded in mystery, with very little known about her parents or her early life. Some rumors say she came from a family of healers, but Rose doesn’t speak of them, preferring to focus on the life she’s built for herself. As a young girl, Rose’s gift for Healing was apparent early on, and she quickly became known for her ability to mend wounds, both physical and emotional. However, her natural compassion and empathic nature meant that she often absorbed the pain of others, making her more vulnerable to emotional harm.

Her journey through life took a dark turn when she joined the military at a young age. Rose had hoped to find a way to help people on a grand scale, but the brutal nature of the military's treatment of both soldiers and civilians weighed heavily on her. Over time, she witnessed firsthand the pain and suffering inflicted upon those around her—an experience that both strengthened her resolve to heal and shattered her belief in the goodness of the world.

Military Experience and Disillusionment
Rose spent several grueling years in the military, where she was expected to use her Healing magic to tend to soldiers and civilians in combat zones. Although she had a natural aptitude for her abilities, the violence and gore she encountered on the battlefield left her emotionally scarred. Witnessing people—both the innocent and the guilty—falling victim to wounds she could not prevent began to wear her down. The emotional weight became too much, and eventually, Rose could no longer bear to watch the horrors of war.

Unable to reconcile her desire to heal with the brutal reality of the military, Rose made a fateful decision to leave. She sought solace and a more peaceful existence in the Healer's Inn within the infamous Dishiga Venue—a place where injured or ill individuals could find refuge, and healers could practice without the constant threat of violence. It was here, in this sanctuary, that Rose began her journey of healing not just others, but herself.
