Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I just noticed the kindle edition cover of my book has been removed. The hardcover and paperback covers appear to still be there. How do I get the cover for the digital copy added back? Also requesting that the three versions be combined. Ratings and reviews for the paperback are ending up on the kindle version. It's to the point that only kindle pops up in a search for the book now and I'm having a hard time finding the other versions on this site. Thank you for your help.
