Sloane, Ardie and Grace are lawyers who work for sportswear company Truviv. Their boss, Ames, might become CEO of the company which concerns them because he treats women horribly. All three are also mothers and the book deals with their personal lives as well as lives at work. Rosalita, who works on the janitorial staff, also becomes a part of the story. This book is billed as a thriller but it really isn't. It's incredibly slow moving. I also dislike how most of the chapters started with sayings about "we" or "us", meaning women. Lumping all women together is annoying and in my opinion disrespectful especially in a book that is really more about the #metoo movement. Not all women are looking for the perfect man or don't talk on elevators, etc.
