Gonzo had made significant progress following the murder of his former partner. But in the month since his new partner, Cameron Green, joined the department, he’s relapsed. It’s so bad that Christina is considering leaving him and taking baby Alex with her. Was Green a trigger or was this relapse inevitable? What did you think about Christina’s potential plan, especially as she has no legal rights to Alex?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments The relapse was inevitable. Gonzo was acting like he was okay, but he wasn't. The appearance of Green didn't help Gonzo's mental health, but I can't say he added to the problem. Gonzo was spiraling down when Green joined the team.

Christina leaving and taking Alex was the only thing she could to try and shock Gonzo into getting help. Legal? probably not, but she had a case that Gonzo was an unfit parent.

Robin (robinmy) | 2450 comments I agree with both of Anita's comments. Gonzo's relapse was inevitable. He needed more help with his mental health than he was getting.

I don't know what else Christina could do. Gonzo is in no shape to take care of Alex. It might not be legal, but she could eventually fight for Alex in court.
