Christina takes Alex into the ER because of a high fever. She calls Gonzo who says he’s on his way but he passes out in a park, roused hours later by Patrol who escorts him to the hospital. Christina shuts him out, telling him to move out and that she’s done. Later in the waiting room, he goes into physical distress as a result of the pills he’s been taking. Did Christina do the right thing? Was this the tipping point for Gonzo? Could you have imagined him falling so low and is this his bottom?

Gonzo needed to be shocked into awareness that he was headed in the wrong direction and if he continued, he would lose everything: home, job, family.

Yes, that was the tipping point for Gonzo. He had to realize that he was going to lose both Christina and Alex if he didn't do something immediately.
