Middle School Fantasy - a series, read around 2015. i remember most specifically that the main girl travels to the fairy world and then pees in the forest. the name had something like "lock" or "key" in the name.

i think it was a girl mc with potentially alternating povs. there is something about a clock with mice, a changeling sibling, and a lot about fairies. there may have been a man gardener, and some of the mcs lived in a house with a lot of trickster spirits or something.
