I'm excited to share insights from the book "Powerful Social Skills for Teens: Overcome Self-Doubt and Social Anxiety to Build Meaningful Friendships, Talk to Anyone, and Date with Confidence." This book offers valuable guidance for teens looking to improve their social skills and build confidence in various social situations.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this topic. Have you or someone you know faced challenges in social situations? What strategies have been helpful in overcoming self-doubt and building meaningful connections? Let's discuss and support each other in this journey!
I don't think it builds the confidence of children when everyone on the sports team gets a trophy. My grandson got one last year in Tball, and he asked me why he got a trophy when he wasn't one of the best players. Kids aren't fooled by this fake attempt to bolster their confidence. They want to be rewarded when they've really done something worthy of recognition.
