Goodreads Librarians Group discussion

I would be very grateful for the help of a librarian with the following.

My name is Patrick Ussher and there are currently two lists of books attributed to my name on Goodreads .

One of them has my books and is all fine, the other has some of my books but also some books written by my Dad who has the same name.

This is the list of books attributed to me which actually has a mixture of books by myself and by my Dad

The books by my Dad are 'Doing Business in Ireland', 'Company Law in Ireland', 'Five fall apart together', and 'Tom Drinkwater and the Red Castle'.

All the other books are written by me and I would be grateful if they could please be added to my profile.

Two of the books on that list 'The Myth of Primary Polydipsia' and 'Understanding ME/CFS' are also listed twice. If each of these could please be combined into one version that would also be very helpful

Although not essential, the list with my Dad could be renamed either 'Dr Patrick Ussher' or 'Patrick D.L. Ussher' to distinguish between us.

The author names are based on the book covers, so we can't introduce middle initials unless there are books with those initials on the cover. And we don't put titles in author names.

Please edit the title / subject of your post and add [done] so other Librarians know it is complete.

Unfortunately, the issues have returned (as described in my first post above). I'm not sure why this happened.

I would be most grateful if someone could place help out again with the problems as described in my initial message above. Thank you!

I have moved the books. If you are the more active author, you might ask support to swap the profiles around and put you on the default. That way, any new imports will go to your profile.
