Marjet Hi everyone,

I’m doing the Adventures in Aeldia Challenge by Book Roast:

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ppvcylE...

(Really recommend, it’s a lot of fun so far!)

For this challenge I need to find a new recommendation online from someone I’ve not spoken to.

If anybody could help me out on this one, please feel free to do so! 🫶🏼 I recently fell into the YA/Romantasy rabbit hole, so any good book/series of that genre would be amazing! Anything poetically written will leave a special place on my bookshelves, and I also like a nice plot twisted thriller from time to time.

For the people that are also doing this challenge and need a recommendation, please ask! ✨ Always happy to return the favor!

Jalees Jalees | 5 comments Try out my book. It's a decent love story.

Here's a sample quote:

"As he looked up into the ink-black sky, he screamed at the top of his lungs as a plea for someone to hold him back. Someone who could hold him up and comfort him. Someone who could assure him that this wasn’t his last chapter and that he still could author the scripts of his own happiness."

The Shards of Silence by Jalees. Do check it out.

Zoe I.L.K. | 42 comments Ummm hmm I think for romantasy and thriller... these are a little older so you may have already read these but...

Etiquette & Espionage by Gail Carriger (Steampunk Paranormal)
The Diviners by Libba Bray (Supernatural, Historical and Magical Realism)
Anna Dressed in Blood by Kendare Blake (kinda psyched this is getting popular again? It's a cool little horror duology!)
The Luminaries by Susan Dennard (Buffy the Vampire Slayer vibes, Secret Society, high stakes mystery)

Those have some thriller elements, but um if I stretch that parameters a bit I'd rec

Pride and Premeditation by Tirzah Price (Pride and Prejudice reimagining, so historical fiction and mystery/thriller vibes but not fantasy.)
The Mediator series by Jenny Carroll/Meg Cabot was great at the time it might be a little dated now and ;; __ ;; they ruined the covers... It is a little more on the paranormal side but there is thriller beats to it

Leah | 3 comments I got you! The Fourth Wing series had me fully invested! I also just recently read If he Had Been with Me, and I was left SOBBING. I haven’t cried that much over a book since the whole Deathly Hollows scenario. ☹️ happy reading and best of luck! 🫶🏻
