From my physical TBR, I will try to read a non fiction book, I have three amazing books in this genre that I am looking forward to read.
• The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins
• On Freedom by Maggie Nelson
• Arrabalde by João Moreira Salles
For my TBR on Goodreads, I will choose a Historical Fiction:
• Life After Life by Kate Atkinson
• Circe by Madeline Miller
• These Days by Lucy Caldwell
• Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan

'Life After Life' it is! So glad you enjoyed it, and it's been on my list since July 2017 (8 years ...😲). I'm really looking forward to finally reading it with your readathon. Thanks for hosting!

- My goal, like last year, is to stick to the suggested guidelines below and try to get through all 6/7 books!
2. Read a book that has been on your TBR for a very long time
- Black Rain // Ibuse
3. Read a book that has been on your TBR for a very short time
- The Hero of Ages // Sanderson
4. Read one of the longest books on your TBR
- The Shadow of... // Islington
5. Read one of shortest books on your TBR
- The Adventures of Amina... // Chakraborty
6. Read a book from your TBR that you fear you have lost interest in
- (finish Bardugo trilogy, currently in the middle of book 2)
7. Read a book from your TBR that you are very excited to get to
- King of Scars // Bardugo

-My goal is the same as last year, to get through all of the books I chose for the challenge and to focus on finishing series or standalone books.
2. Read a book that has been on your TBR for a very long time:
-Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier
3. Read a book that has been on your TBR for a very short time:
-The Favorites by Layne Fargo
4.Read one of the longest books on your TBR:
-The Courting of Bristol Keats by Mary E. Pearson
5. Read one of the shortest books on your TBR:
-Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie
6. Read a book from your TBR that you fear you have lost interest in:
-White Rose by Kip Wilson
7. Read a book from your TBR that you are very excited to get to:
-Vow of Thieves by Mary E. Pearson

1. Set your own TBR clear out goal:
I hope to read 6 books I own.
2. Read a book that has been on your TBR for a very long time:
Proljeća Ivana Galeba
This is a Croatian classic and I've owned the book for more than 20 years! (a literal translation would be The Springs of John Seagull).
3. Read a book that has been on your TBR for a very short time:
Tara Road
I got this book as a present a few weeks ago and I've started reading it in March.
4. Read one of the longest books on your TBR:
Secondhand Time: The Last of the Soviets
This is the only audiobook I'm counting for this readathon. I normally listen to books on Everand, but I bought this one and now I own it.
5. Read one of the shortest books on your TBR:
First Person Singular: Stories
I could also count this one for the "lost interest in" prompt, but it's short, so why not?
6. Read a book from your TBR that you fear you have lost interest in: Eat, Pray, Love
7. Read a book from your TBR that you are very excited to get to:
The Violent Bear It Away
I can't wait to start this one because I love Flannery O'Connor. However, I'll have to wait till the middle of April, because I'm buddy reading it with a friend.

1. One book for each challenge:
2. Clownen Jac (Jac the Clown) by Hjalmar Bergman, published in 1930. (This Swedish classic has been on my shelves since 1987!)
3. Two for Sorrow by Nicola Upson. (I always need a thriller on my bedside table. I bought it in February.)
4. Wives and Daughters by Elizabeth Gaskell (over 600 pages)
5. The Canterville Ghost and Other Stories by Oscar Wilde (113 pages)
6. Jerusalems natt by Sven Delblanc (on my shelves since 1991)
7. Das Theater am Strand (The Whalebone Theatre) by Joanna Quinn. ( I got this as a Christmas present in German translation. I would have preferred the original.)
