Speaking of Chief Chitwood, what were your initial impressions of him? Did they change by the end of the story?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Loud and dictatorial at first. Wasn't happy to learn that the mayor approved of him. But Josie and Noah seemed to respect, if not agree, with him, so I was willing to not jump to conclusions.

I wasn’t impressed as he seemed to be disrespectful to his team and made curious moves. Near the end, I had a better view of him. Jury is still out.
