Play Book Tag discussion

Dava Sobel tells the story of Marie Curie and her discoveries and pioneering the understanding of radioactive emissions, but with the theme and view of her battle to pave the way in a male dominated field and a sexist environment. Curie's battles and active fight to help other women lead to women continuing and building off of Curie's works and finding discoveries of their own.

Most of the other scientists mentioned in the book were new to me and I enjoyed learning about them.
