2. Who was your least favorite character?
Pretty much all the kings except Bash lol
And maybe Gaia
3. If you could change one part of the book, what would it be? (Spoiler?)
I would have liked to see more interactions between Bash and Althea. Also maybe some more character development for all the characters.
4. What did you think of the ending? (Spoiler tags, please!)
The ending was crazzzyyyyy!!!
It hurt me. It was very painful. 🥲 But affective! It made for a great ending, even if I wasn’t happy about it. I also felt like crying after so you know, that’s fun. 🙃
5. What was your overall opinion?
OVERALL IT WAS GREATTT!!!!

Gaia
3. If you could change one part of the book, what would it be? (Spoiler?)
I would give Althea more nuance. She just comes off as prideful and makes stupid decisions for a huge part of the book because of her pride.

One thing at the end, I predicted from almost the very beginning of the book, so I was pleased about that confirmation.😉 The other part, I did not expect and was pretty dismayed about it.😢
5. What was your overall opinion?
A clean, fun read! Lethal Kings, the next book, is a must!!
1. Who was your favorite character?Probably Talen. His personality was fun, and he also did some really sweet things to help Thea.
2. Who was your least favorite character?
King Vern. I was not a fan of the “entertainment” at his party. 😤
3. If you could change one part of the book, what would it be? (Spoiler?)
This is a hard question to answer… (Because I wanted to change lots of things.😆)
I think I would dial down the romance aspect. It just developed way too quickly in my opinion.
4. What did you think of the ending? (Spoiler tags, please!)
I really enjoyed a couple of the twists! But I was a little disappointed that it felt less like an ending, and more like a setup for the next book.
5. What was your overall opinion?
A fascinating concept! The storyline always kept me interested. I didn’t really care for the main character or Bastian, so that took away some of my enjoyment. Also, I still can’t wrap my mind around why Thea liked the fae realm so much. It’s creepy, and I just feel equally distrustful of the fae and sorry for them.
But like I said, it is an intriguing concept and I’m very interested to see how the next book turns out!
1. Who was your favorite character?I also really like Talen, but I think I have to go with Thorn. He was unpredictable and more interesting than just a player, I hope he has a role in the next book as well.
2. Who was your least favorite character?
I don't think there was anyone that I didn't like or felt annoyed by.
3. If you could change one part of the book, what would it be?
There were a lot of contadictions and inconsistancies in the writing. Bash says he doesn't owe Thea anything and then turns around and says he owes her and will give her anything. There were some others that just felt incongruous and maybe the story just needed one more round of polishing.
4. What did you think of the ending?
I liked it. Brought some things together while making me excited for the sequil.
5. What was your overall opinion?
I really enjoyed this one, but there were a few moments where I felt the author tried too hard to throw in some darker elements, when that didn't seem to be the feel of the book overall. I loved the clean romance, but it felt a little shallow. I felt emersed throughout the whole story, but it wasn't my favorite ever. Glad I read it though.
