Conklin wants to meet with Sam to “apologize” and she wants to meet with him to find out who else within the department knew who’d shot her father. Did it feel rather pointless or was something of substance achieved?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Sam handled it well. She served notice that she would find anyone who knew about the shooting.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I think Sam needed to understand actions that couldn't be explained. She believes there were more involved, although I hope they close the case on the corrupt cops.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1803 comments Sam needs closure, and willingly or not, Conklin provides it for her. The fact that he believes his "apology" compensates in any way for his betrayal just emphasizes his narcissism.
