shatter me is THE BEST BOOK EVER. seriously if you love enemies to lovers and morally grey blond men with daddy issues then this book is for you. The writing style is really unique, but it’s really cool because it shows how the main characters mind is as there are a lot of strikethrough and jumbled words. The main character is also pretty relatable on a certain level because she is misunderstood and lonely. the first book is definitely not as good as the later ones so you kind of have to trust and BELIEVEEEEE. but if you do i swear you won’t regret it. ik it gets a lot of hate but listen… they just don’t get the masterpiece of this book. READ ITTT. there’s also a HILARIOUS side character 😉 👑

Who is the main character?
Kiva is the protagonist in The Prison Healer. She strong, smart, and brave, but also so kind and caring to the people most important to her. She is truly a spectacular female main character.

Throne of glass
Throne of glass is the perfect combination of mystery and fantasy.
We follow the protagonist Calaena Sardothien, a 17 year old prisoner with the blood of tons on her hands. One day the prince pays a visit to her prison and invites her to join a contest where she could win her freedom back.
Once at the castle she discovers the contest is not the only thing this building holds. There is a beast, a legacy and a mystery hiding in these walls. Not only does Calaena have to survive the deathly contest in order to win her freedom back, fighting against the best criminals in the land. She also has to uncover the dangers lurking in the darkness of the castle walls.
While a charming prince and a handsome guard seem interest in her, she has to keep her mind clear and try not to die.

This book is incredibly good since not only does it contain suspense, it also contains romance, plot twists, friendship and magic.
I loved this book so much since it keeps you on edge with shocking turns every page, and the characters are jnteresting and complex.
The first books in this series are spice free and i would recommend them 13+

fourth wing
fourth wing is an incredible book with an absolutely captivating plot. it's a romance/fantasy (romantasy) book that follows the main character, violet sorrengail.

violet has just turned 20 and it's her turn to choose her quadrant at basgiath war college <3 there are four quadrants, the healers quadrant, the infantry quadrant, the scribes quadrant, and (dun dun dun) the riders quadrant. violet's been training her whole whole 20 years of living to join the scribe quadrant, but no, now that her dad (a scribe) and her brother (a rider) passed away her mom is gonna make her join the riders quadrant to learn to become a dragon rider like her mom did and her sister (mira) and her dead brother (brennan). now she has to try to survive in this college where literally everyone is trying to kill each other except for in there except for your reliable squadmates! (fun times am i right?)
so her sister, mira, really doesn't want violet to die, but she's already graduated, so she can't help violet but still, before violet goes to almost certainly DIE mira tells her one last thing "stay the hell away from xaden riorson" because their mother killed his father and he's apparently angsty about the kind of stuff. so now, one of the most powerful dragon riders in a century is trying to kill her too.
so violet has to survive paraphet, a tiny little stone bridge with no railings that if you fall off you're dead, the gauntlet, basically a death obstacle course, threshing, when first-year riders bond with dragons, and the weekly sparring matches where cadets can kill each other.

this book is super captivating, i didn't put this down and most of the plot twists had my jaw drop to the floor and the romance was top-notch. the writing was really good and i constantly was thinking "who the fck comes up with this sht?" (in a good way i swear)
i would reccomend 14+ because there's some spice in the first book (like one chapter) but you can skip over most of it

Review:

This book made me feel practically every emotion. It’s a fast-paced and emotional romance story with a crazy twist. Florence is a stressed author who ghostwrites for a well-known novelist. She’s a romance writer, but after a heartbreak, she no longer believes in love. She starts to think that romance is dead… but not like this.

After her father’s death, she must return to her hometown, which she has been avoiding for about ten years. She was raised in the funeral parlor her family owns, and it’s worth noting that she and her father share a “gift” that allows them to see ghosts.

so basically you guys Cassie is kinda living with her family (that she doesn't know too well) because her mum got MURDERED (*dramatic music break*), she's also really good at reading people and then cutie patootie bear Michael comes and tells Cassie she's gotta come join a special programme for teens with the FBI where she meets Sloane, Dean and Lia. Then some dodgy ass murders start happening and Cassie gets involved and things get scary. so yeah 😃

so yeah would defo recommend this book, it's in a 4 book series and has lots of plot twists, and lots of found family because none of them have good parents 😁

I love this book! It was so much fun to read and is a great book to reread as well! It is the first of three books in the series. If you love solving puzzles, mysteries, or a fun book related thrill this is for you! The book explores themes of family, home, friendship, and the joy of reading and puzzles.

The author is absolutely the best and the online book scavenger game is in the process of being created so you can join Emily, James, and all their friends in actually playing!
