I have reviewed the reasons why a book might not meet guidelines, yet I believe this book does not meet any of the reasons listed.
This needs reviewing as its classification means it cannot be found in searches and it’s a very important book.

Firstly it is better to report issues like this in this folder;

As the number of stickied posts in this folder mean new posts very quickly disappear from view.

Secondly I have checked this one & (This status can't be changed as it has been set by an administrator.)

That means staff have done this.
