This is the first time we've done a team challenge like this, so there are no previous years to look at.
I've posted Team 1's thread so that everyone can get an idea of what tasks will need to be read for. I think there's only a few tricky tasks.

Thank you, Lanelle. That helps. Especially since one location is my state and I love reading about my state. :) Since we'll have six days to read one book, I'm guessing it's just a matter of how long it takes to choose a book so that sounds doable.Count me in!

The Race to 100 is a competitive contest to see which team can read their way to 100 first. This is a 10-week race, but it's possible to finish in less time.
Details:
You have six (6) days to read one (1) book.
Your book must match a task in a category. Your team will reach 100 sooner if your book fits more tasks. Your book can match up to three (3) tasks.
* Sign-up begins March 31, 2025.
* Teams will be posted April 5, 2025.
* The challenge begins Wednesday, April 9 and ends Monday, June 16, 2025.
Rules:
You can't begin reading your book until Wednesday morning, 12:01 a.m. your time.
You must finish and report your book by Monday night 11:59 p.m. your time.
Leaving a gap of one day (Tuesday) will allow time for late team Completion Posts, and time for the moderator to notify teams of potential sabotages.
Books must be 140 pages or more.
Audio books must be at least 3 hours long.
Graphic Novels must be at least 200 pages.
