The department is being investigated in light of the internal corruption surrounding Skip Holland’s shooting, his partner’s murder and all of Stahl’s mess. FBI Special Agent Avery Hill is leading the team looking into everything. What are your expectations? Will Joe Farnsworth survive? Is Sam vulnerable?

Joe will survive. Sam will be just fine, except for her expanded role in the government.

I’m hoping Farnsworth survives. I’d like to know what the root problem was that had so many in leadership roles abdicate their duty to the department.

It seems there has to be someone to take the fall. I don't see how Joe can survive much longer.

This is Force's world, and she can do whatever she wants with it, no matter how unrealistic. As such, I think Farnsworth will be just fine.

That said, the majority of the officers in this department (including Sam and some of her people) should be fired. They are unprofessional, and in some cases, their actions are illegal as well. Hitting/blackmailing fellow officers, beating up prisoners, taking drugs, concealing evidence, shirking duty, etc. Farnsworth has lost control of his ship.
