Addicted to YA discussion

I’m looking for a book – a romance. It’s a trilogy about three brothers, with each book focusing on a different one and how he falls in love. The first one was probably about the youngest brother and a woman who hired his parent to take care of (I think) their sister, who had recently been found. The second one was about the middle brother and a woman whose parents worked for the brothers’ family. And the last one was about the oldest brother and a woman who was, I think, a friend or acquaintance of one of the previous women. There was also a storyline involving their father and some kind of family secret.
