Zesshi was peacefully walking through the forest during the night

Leo grumbled to himself, it was cold and wet. He knew he shouldn't have made that bet with his friends.

Zesshi was still walking her footsteps so light its as if she's not even touching the ground

Leo wasn't paying attention to anything around him

Zesshi was walking when she seen Leo and quickly hides

Leo's head snapped to where she disappeared from. His eyes nervously scanning the brush. He began to slowly clench and unclench his hands, anxiety starting to get the better of him.

" Hello" Zesshi says as she hanged upside down in the tree smiling

He jumped back, quickly changing into a chimera. He snarled as his snake tail hissed.

Zesshi stopped smiling " Sorry i didn't mean to scare u"

He growled at her, seeming unable to communicate normally

Zesshi Tilts her head and jumps down from the tree

Leo took a couple of nervous steps back, hissing

Zesshi Held her hand up in a way to show she was harmless

He cautiously sniffed it, baring his teeth as he hissed again.

Zesshi stood still " Do u not speak?' she asked

He closed his eyes, becoming human once more, "You smell...... different."

Zesshi tilts her head " I do?" she asked

He nodded, "Part cat, part human, part something else."

Zesshi eyes widen " Your able to tell what i am?" She asked

He cocked his head, "Not quite, that's just what I smell."

Leo frowned at her

She tilts her head " Is something wrong" She asked him

"Do you hear that?"

"Hear what?" She said looking around the forest

"Over there." he nodded to the right, "I hear some rustling."

She turns to her right and sees that the bushes are rustling she thinks for a moment and starts to slowly move closer to the bush

"What're you doing?" he hissed

" I'm just going to see what it is" She said still walking

"What a good idea." he said sarcastically

" What i don't see u doing anything" She said sarcastically back as she stopped right in front of the bush

A little black fox jumped out, chittering to Leo

Zesshi Looks at the Fox and smiles " See its just an black fox" She said

The fox shifted into a human girl, "Leo! There you are!"

Zesshi look at the two of them " U know her" She asked

"Hardly," he said, "She keeps following me around everywhere." he turned to the girl, "What Rowan?"

Rowan looked in between them, "You said you wouldn't leave me alone!" Her tone was accusatory as she glared at him

" Oh" She said " Do u know why she keeps following u ?"

"She acts like my sister." He replied
