Hi I've changed the title since it was a bit vague.

This thread is now over 1100 posts & few librarians want to work in it when it gets this long. Could it be closed & a new one started please.

This thread hasn't had a librarian working in it for quite some time. (other than a librarian didn't realise it had been abandoned & did 2 requests on the 12th)
