Horror Aficionados discussion

Hello, everyone!

My name is Allan Batchelder, and I am a HUGE horror fan and the author of several books. Most relevant to this thread is my historical fiction/horror novel This Thing of Darkness, in which William Shakespeare fakes his death and sails for the Jamestown Colony, where he must grapple with paranoid settlers, mercurial natives and a terrible monster out of legend. This book has won multiple awards (but nothing so grand as the Bram Stoker) and has received wonderful critical acclaim.
