What are folks thinking for format? Do we want to assign a book per month and then discuss? Chat asynchronously? Or have a meetup but folks can talk about any book they’re reading (maybe share a few cool takeaways)?

I lean towards in-person meetings but am open to virtual too.

In person sounds great! One book a month I think is a reasonable? We can also post our in person event to the wider faculty community, anyone is welcomed!

That sounds perfect to me, and Tamara has suggested a few locations for possible meetup locations, too.
