Josie is receiving calls from the prison where Lila is housed and she’s not answering or returning them. Apparently Lila’s death is impending and Josie has no desire to meet with her or find “closure.” Nor has she told Noah about the calls fearing he’ll want her to face Lila. But, she’s having nightmares about her childhood. Should she have shared the info with someone or was she doing the right thing? If so, with whom?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Josie is obviously conflicted about Lila's impending death. She should have told Noah, as they are living together and sharing their lives.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments Josie is still on her own in her mind. I understand Josie's dilemma. I'm not sure I'd want to deal with a mother like Lila. However, her nightmares are a clue that she needs to do something.

Josie struggles (still) with sharing her past with Noah. However, Noah has the same problem. They need to work this out.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments I didn't think about Noah struggling with sharing his past, but you are absolutely right about that, Sharon. When Noah's mother died, he shut Josie out completely. I thought they we're going to easily recover from that

That’s a great point about Noah doing quite the same. Still, once those nightmares resurfaced, she needed to talk to someone. If not Noah, then Lisette. They had a shared experience with Lila.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2953 comments Josie should definately talk to someone! If not someone she knows, then a therapist.
