I realize I'm likely courting a scandal by even mentioning this author (that seems to be the inevitable result of mentioning his work anywhere), but I was curious if anybody here is familiar with the works of an author named Ruprecht Wachter. He's a Scripture-based writer of what I guess you'd call... "unorthodox relationship manuals." While his views are contrary to a lot of Christendom (and one of his books is openly anathematic according to a 16th century Papal declaration at Trent), I mention him because he's EXTREMELY diligent about backing up his points with citations of Scripture, which seems to have been done in most of his books as a way to pre-emptively head-off inevitable allegations of heresy.

Anyone familiar with him?
