Ma per amarsi in una casa infestata bisogna forse credere che l’intera città sia sprofondata davvero in un abisso fantasmatico, che ci sia, nel sottosuolo, un bosco dove crescono le nostre paure inconfessabili. E più di tutto, bisogna credere che i morti ci parlino e che, come noi, vogliano solo essere visti.
