Noah seemed to be a little obsessed with Maya’s baby. What did you make of his behavior at the time?

Like Josie I thought he was enamored by the child and maybe projecting about having his own.

I thought that Noah realized how much he wanted his own family. His obsession had me preparing for a breakup. Josie is struggling with her personal issues right now and is not ready for children.

Until Josie can reconcile her childhood with Lila and put it in her past, Josie is going to struggle with this. She loves Harris to pieces, and I think deep down she really wants a child. She just had to understand in her heart as well as her mind that Lila was not her mother. No part of that monster is a part of her.

Josie does love kids, but she isn't sure about her ability to be a mother. In her mind, it's a nature vs. nurture issue. Even though she realizes Lila isn't her biological mother, she did raise her.

I was curious about Noah’s reaction to that baby and agree with both of you that Josie is not ready. I’d be scared, too, of my caregiving skills because of the horrible “nurturing” she received from Lila. But, her time with Harris should go along way with her understanding she’s not Lila.
