I read a multi book series years ago and I haven't been able to find it since. It's a pop star/rock star romance. Meets a good girl. Nicknames her something like "sunshine" "sunflower" something bright and meaningful.
I think it starts as a friendship. He has addiction problems. Problems with his Mother or maybe Father. They finally start dating and something happens that ends it. Tabloids were involved. She starts dating another guy. I think they get in engaged. But tragedy strikes and his Mother or Father dies. She rushes to Pop stars side and they conceive a child. She doesn't tell pop star. Marries the other man. Some time later pop star runs into good girl and toddler. Pop star recognizes the toddler's striking eyes that match his own. Pop star realizes child has a better life without him in it. Pop star tragically dies, from an OD, I think. I believe she finds out from the news. Pop star left his fortune to the child.

I don't know what this book is, but it sounds crazy 😔
