Michele | 6345 comments Hi -

See these records, associated with editor Janet Hutchings: https://www.goodreads.com/book/combin...

The records have a mix of these two titles:

Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine <== correct
Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine <== incorrect

The correct title is the first one, as confirmed here by the magazine's own home page: https://elleryqueenmysterymagazine.com/

Could you do a bulk change to fix the incorrect ones? There are a lot and it will take quite a while to get through them one by one. There may be other similar issues with records associated with the other editors of the magazine (1941–1982, Frederic Dannay; 1982–1991, Eleanor Sullivan; 2025–present, Jackie Sherbow), I haven't checked those yet.

Thank you!

David Raz (davidraz) | 12724 comments I have never heard of a bulk change. Superlibrarians have the exact same tools regular librarians have and there is nothing a superlibrarian can do about title changes that you can't do yourself.

Michele | 6345 comments Oh. Well, then what makes them superlibrarians? What's the difference between them and me?

David Raz (davidraz) | 12724 comments Superlibrarians are typically much grumpier.

We can also merge editions shelved more than four times, create ISBN reuse editions and a few other minor things which you may or may not be able to read about in the manual.
