Do not spoil the book if you've read further than the group. Any extra days of the month can be used to catch up if needed! Omg has no one read this group read yet? I reread bc I was excited to talk about it

Anyway I think Crouch is a genius bc so much happened and I feel like I watched a full feature film.

I don't know how I'd be able to live with myself if I went through what Barry did. Knowing different versions of your life and having to relive sad things just doesn't sound fun at all. I would find it hard to deal with the grief from the lives I couldn't live and the ppl I didn't have the chance to love. (hide spoiler)]

lol I've started the audiobook! I was on a work trip last week so didn't have a lot of time to read. I'm about a third of the way through so far so I won't look at your spoilers, but they just revealed HOW everything is happening. It's wild. I'm so stressed.

The billionaire guy reminds me of the villain from Knives Out 2.

I have s copy of this book here. Hopefully I‘ll find the time
to squeeze this one in.

I just finished! Full thoughts in the spoilers. I do think it would be an epic movie.

(view spoiler)[Honestly I'm not sure how I feel? At the beginning I was intrigued and semi-interested, and then when it was fully explained how the chair works I was like WHOA this is wild. Once we got into the spy stuff and then apocalyptic nuclear war stuff I lost interest a bit. I think if this were ever to happen in real life, that is exactly how it would go, but in a book it wasn't that interesting to me. I also felt like this romance was a little weird? I think the issue is we never saw the initial timeline where Barry and Helena fell in love, so the rest of it felt a little off.

The conclusion being you need to just go into a dead memory even though we spent the entire book telling you it's impossible was also so meh to me. It kind of felt like a copout ending. (hide spoiler)]
