I have one question: if I have old requests that haven’t been fulfilled yet, should I just write ‘bump’ under them, or how should I follow up on requests that are more than 2 months old?

Yes, you can write 'bump' under your other request from time to time in order to bring it back to actuality. Bumpin Rules
