Josie gets to Trinity’s cabin and learns that she was leaving three weeks ago but her car, luggage and phone are still at the cabin. Then she finds human bones in the background. Were you fearful for any amount of time that it was Trinity?

Maybe a tiny bit, but I figured decomp would take longer unless aided by something. And the bones were staged.

I didn't think it was Trinity. I felt it was too soon. Trinity and Josie needed to reconcile.

I agree with Sharon. I did not think it was Trinity. She needs to stay in the story a lot longer. Josie could not handle her death.

For a tiny moment, I thought she might be dead. This author can surprise you. But, I quickly tossed that idea for reasons you all iterate. It gave me pause, though.
