Summer blockbusters

A “blockbuster” is a film that is highly popular with audiences and financially successful. While the term has been around since at least the 1940s, it really became popular with the release of Jaws in 1975. The film was fast-paced, exciting, and inspired conversation outside the theater. After this, movies aimed to be more than entertaining, they wanted to become a cultural phenomenon.

Here are ten summer blockbusters, in no particular order. Each has three tasks that are repeatable. This will start on July 20th (starting at midnight in your time zone) and end on July 31st (ending at midnight in your time zone). The goal is to finish as many of the prompts below as possible! Any book that you finish between July 20th and the 31st is eligible to count, including graphic novels and comics.

Unlike regular challenges, reviews are not required.

Please only post books once they have been FINISHED.
