i had to get through three books to really enjoy it i gave books 1-3 a 3 star, book 4 a 3.5 star and 5,6,7,9 a 4 star and 8 a 3 star. but i so agree with what you said, it's a really easy read and the plot is easy to follow and they did write the enemies to lovers pretty well in my opinion. it is overhyped overall i feel though because the plot is pretty slow and loads of the jokes came across as cringy for sure. also i stand by the fact that it is not a dark romance. overall i'd give this series a 3.5 star

Yes! The plots were painfully slow, I had to put it down and come back to it as it got boring. But eventually went back to finish it, which did eventually pick up.
Each book had such a cliffhanger, which made you want to go on to the next.



Felt like I was reading a cw show that had like 21 episodes per season.

This is the next series I want to read. 🫢🫢
