The Next Best Book Club discussion

My name is Kim, currently living in Montgomery TX (greater Houston area).

Reading is one of my favorite pastimes and has been for many years. I enjoy good literature, historical fiction, non-fiction, self-improvement, and the occasional biography/auto-biography. I read to learn and I take notes as I read, usually writing down snippets that I find relevant or compelling. I have LOTS of notes!

I am looking forward to connecting - thru this group - with other frequent readers of like mind and to broaden my scope of sources for good reading material. I love the idea of the group's Challenges and hope to participate in those and have a little fun!

I have increased my reading speed from 125 wpm to 1100wpm this year and have increased comprehension while doing so. This is my first book club ive joined. Looking forward to it but also a little scared
