I'll be honest, I took the theme literally and nominated tracks that were sequentially third on the albums. I don't think I could say what was my third favourite track on an album in a lot of cases as time and mood will change how I feel about a track.

Apologies for not getting my votes in time....it's my Mums B'day today....we've been out for most of the day, the weather is just gorgeous in sunny Pembrokeshire..but slightly spoiled by the hoards of BH holiday makers everywhere...urgg. If i never hear another crying, screaming, tempestuous child again...I'll be in bliss! I can't do kids, i just can't.

But it was lovely day, had a nice meal at one of the main seaside restaurant here, i surprised Mum by getting her a locally sourced fresh Lobster Thermidor, which cost £90, and later on, further surprised her with a freshly made birthday cake baked by the pastry chef at the restaurant (it took some arranging i can tell you!) She loved it! I don't do birthday cards (i just don't see the point of them...you only have it for a few days then it goes in the recycling, why bother?!) And buying presents for a 83 year old woman is nigh on impossible..so i do this instead. I can definitely buy a surpise meal out! :)

That cake was delicious, soooo juicy! I asked the chef to make the butter icing filling with Mum's favourite tipple, Drambuie....yummy! And topped off with Royal icing, none of that disgusting cardboard stuff! Today was a nice day, the Irish sea was like a mill pond..so beautiful.
