What's the trick to combining books where an author has hundreds of books/editions but you cannot see what needs to be combined on a single screen?

For example, the English editions start with "Stone" and the Italian editions start with "Ombra." Both cannot be seen on the same screen.

You can temporarily add something to one of the titles so that they will both show on the page, and then remove it when the books are combined.
