Alethia Marlowe (oodreadscomalethia_marlowe) | 1 comments My forthcoming debut novel, The Silence of Erevos, is now seeking early readers on Goodreads.

This is not a book of explosions and easy answers. It’s a literary work of speculative fiction that asks what happens when language itself fractures — when cadence becomes contagion, when cities learn to breathe wrong on purpose, when hesitation can be engineered.

If you’re drawn to stories that blur the line between science and myth, policy and prayer — if you admire the unsettling atmospheres of writers like Emily St. John Mandel, Ted Chiang, or Don DeLillo — then I think this novel will speak to you.

The Silence of Erevos is built from prose that favours rhythm and resonance over speed, a narrative where each pause carries weight, and where even silence might be rehearsed.

I’m offering a limited number of Advance Reader Copies (ARCs) in exchange for honest reviews here on Goodreads and/or Amazon Kindle (and, if you’re inclined, on your blog or Bookstagram).

If you’re interested, please email me at marlowealethea@gmail.com — I’d love to hear your thoughts and share an early copy with readers who crave speculative fiction that takes its time, demands attention, and lingers like an unanswered question.
