This 11-digit number is not an ISBN. Even if I add "97" before it (13-digits ISBNs start with 97) it still does not show up in any sources. So no ISBN for now, unless you can provide the right number and an official source link (like library, or publisher, but NOT book-seller website).
If you have a physical copy of the book, you can make photo of a colophon page (where ISBN and/or other bibliographical data is stated), then temporarily upload it via your profile (use Add more photos function when on desktop computer, and make sure your profile is public) and provide us with photo link. I can then add missing bibliographical data.

My guess is that it has been misprinted, happens sometimes.
There is no function in GR to add an 11-digit number anyway, to my knowledge.
